Bespoke Products

As all products supplied by Signs Base Ltd. are made-to-order and customized for individual customers, we do not accept returns. This is because bespoke items are uniquely tailored to personal specifications and cannot be restocked or resold. This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which states that custom-made goods are exempt from the usual right to a return unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods

If the product you received is faulty or not as described, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement as described below. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and Replacements

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the event that your bespoke product is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge. Here is how we handle such situations:

  2. Evidence: We may ask you to provide evidence of the fault, typically in the form of photographs, to help us understand the nature of the defect or error.

  3. Return of Faulty Goods: If we require the item to be returned to us, Signs Base Ltd. will cover any associated return shipping costs. Instructions for how to handle the return will be provided by our customer service team.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or confirm your replacement order. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For replacements, we will initiate the production of your new item immediately.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons other than faults or errors (such as customer's change of mind) are not offered due to the custom nature of the products.
