Case Study & Signage Inspiration

The Brief.
About the client.

Village Super in Bicester have contacted Signs Base to request a consultation regarding the interior supermarket signage, window graphics and wayfinding solutions for their newly opened supermarket.

The Project

After a few site visits and careful planning, Signs Base has provided a cost plan for a complete signage & graphics package with the design concept that has been signed off shortly after.

The key elements of signage included acrylic shelf lettering and wall graphics with product names to improve the wayfinding experience within the supermarket, as well as wall graphics emphasizing the origin of food and illuminated signage for the Meat & Seafood and Fruit & Veg sections.

Windows installed on south west elevation of the building have been covered with long-term digitally printed vinyl to cover the backs of the shelving as well as to promote the newly opened supermarket.

Signs Base has also provided branded bollard covers to promote the store opening and personalised barriers with the supermarket logo to improve crowd control during the event.
